DAY TWENTY FOUR

Yesterday before practice I went to a pilates class instead of triforce class because it was full. I wanted to take the usual triforce class but there were already eleven people in the class and when I got there was still room for the pilates. I thought it was not going to be hard at all but it was still challenging at certain parts.
After this workout I went straight to cheerleading practice and it was actually a good practice. Even though we were missing three people from our team and they were practically core people, we decided to work out as well. After working out every core part of the body, our coach did an intense stretching with us. He worked with each of us to make sure we were getting a real workout since we could not do much as a team such as stunting.
Once we were stretched we did standing tumbling and jumps which was a lot of fun because it was very chill. Our coach was having fun with us rather than demanding like he usually is because we were all paying attention. he put on music and we danced as we did running tumbling and this practice was more of a team bonding which made it so much easier tog et through.
After watching the team who was practicing at the same time, he told us to circle up at the right time. We were all so happy we got out at the right time!
This practice was one of the best practices we needed.
